Vonage VOIP Integration with CEIPAL: Vonage
Once you have the login details for Vonage, follow the below steps for integration.
For Enabling VOIP/Call Access:
- Go to View Profile > User Preferences.
- Select Vonage under Voip Provider.
- An Icon to log in will appear.
- Log in to the portal in the other tab.
