What are eForms?

eForms are digital forms that can be sent to applicants, bench consultants, clients, or vendors, to gather any information you need. For example, some clients may request specific information from candidates, which is not usually provided in resumes. In CEIPAL ATS, you can simply upload documents as eForms or you can design your own eForm before initiating it to a recipient.

At a time, eForms can be initiated to a single applicant, consultant, client, or vendor only.

There is a separate module for eForms that can be accessed by Clicking on the Four-Grid icon  eForms.

There, you can choose to upload, design and initiate eForms for: 1) Applicants – for records in Applicants and Talent Bench modules 2) Clients 3) Vendors.
