What is Job Posting?

A job posting is an advertisement created by an employer to alert current employees and the public of an immediate or future job opportunity within the company. These postings most commonly appear on career & job boards, industry related publications, and social networking sites. Some employers also promote their job postings in newspapers, magazines, classified ads, and phone apps.

In CEIPAL ATS, Job Posting refers to the job requirements that a recruitment firm/team receives, for which they must find suitable candidates. Job Posting is a module which lists all the job requirements received from clients/vendors.
