What is the Deactivate Mail Merge feature?

When mail merge settings are deactivated for a profile, this means that profile is automatically opted out of all mass emails for a certain period of time. This ensures that email credits are not wasted on sending messages to candidates who are not interested, unavailable or submitted to another job already.

Note: This is different from Unsubscribe option for applicants.
