What is the difference between a normal Submission and “Quick Submit”?
Quick submit requires only the “mandatory” fields.
A normal submission using “Submit to Job” option requires a comprehensive set of data about the candidate. Additionally, when this option is selected in the Job Posting module, user has the option of selecting multiple applicants to the same job.
