What is the difference between Job Descriptions and Public Job Descriptions?

A job description contains the details of the position and company and the eligibility criteria of candidates applying to it. The job description in the Job Posting module exist for internal purposes. The “Public job description” contains only the information the account manager or recruiter wants displayed on career sites and job boards. If the public job description is not completed and the job is published, all details about the job will be published automatically, including details about client rate and pay rate.
