On December 13, 2019 Ceipal hosted the second instance of its recruiting industry symposium, Ceipal Connect. This invitation-only series of premiere staffing events connecting industry thought leaders through an evening of presentations and networking invites current users to learn more about how Ceipal can enhance and expand their recruiting workflows and how to get the most functionality out of the platform.
The event drew close to 100 attendees, all of whom were decision-makers at staffing companies with annual revenue ranging from $20 million to $100 million. The evening’s theme focused on Artificial Intelligence and its place as a transformative innovation that is driving the future of recruitment.
Event attendees enjoyed guided presentations on several new Ceipal features, including the platforms’ robust AI capabilities, Passive Candidate Recruiting and Ceipal’s recent Artificial Intelligence in Recruiting industry report. The evening also featured a lively panel discussion featuring Q&A with several thought leaders from the recruitment industry. Attendees had the opportunity to speak directly with Ceipal leaders and representatives to get an insider tour of the platform, as well as a sneak peek at some of the exciting upcoming features.
