We were thrilled to have partnered with SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) for the India Annual Conference & Expo 2022 in Taj Palace, New Delhi as Platinum Partners. We joined SHRM for the two-day event to demonstrate the theme of this year: “Cause the effect” that we want to see in our workplaces. The event had 3,000+ visitors with more than 600 CXOs from all leading organizations in India, and 150+ speaking sessions. We were honored to interact with HR leaders from various industries and market segments and be a part of positive change.
Day 1
Day 1 was filled with interactive sessions with HR movers and shakers, fun activities, and giveaways at our booth. CEIPAL CEO and founder Sameer Penakalapati delivered two enriching sessions as part of two panel discussions:
Panel Discussion #1
This panel was hosted by SHRM in partnership with SHRM on the topic of “The Age of the Talent Ninja: Building Agile Businesses.”
This discussion explored ways to build and sustain agile businesses. The need for an integrated approach toward total talent management cannot be emphasized enough in today’s BANI world of work. Organizations that implement a multi-faceted approach to creating a holistic talent strategy are more likely to build effective plans and execute their business strategies with distinction.
Panel Discussion #2
This talk was hosted by SHRM in partnership with Deel on the topic of “Talent Transcending Borders: Future of Work; Session Partner: Deel.”
The speakers discussed the recent disruptions in the world of work, demonstrating how sourcing the best talent need not be restricted to any geographical location. While hiring talent from across borders may be the answer to several woes faced by organizations, the practical aspects of it may become daunting.
Day 2
On Day 2, we introduced CEIPAL’s AI-powered total talent acquisition suite to HR trailblazers and leaders. CEIPAL CEO Sameer Penakalapati, along with our VP of Sales & Strategy, Subhash Potturi, hosted an insightful roundtable session on “What Does Artificial Intelligence (AI) Mean for the Future of Recruiting?” The roundtable discussion was offered to an exclusive gathering of 15 to 20 CXOs from across the country to discuss the future of recruitment.
