According to 2019 LinkedIn data, the most in-demand skills for 2019 are in technical skill categories like cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and analytical reasoning. On top of that, there are 700,000 unfilled IT jobs in the U.S. alone. Clearly, it’s hard to find good, experienced employees available to fill these top tech roles, but should it be? Some companies have caught on to the best ways to hunt for talent, but others are slow to catch on and are still struggling to find quality hires.
