Ceipal, a Rochester-based SaaS platform for the front and back-office business operations of staffing companies, has been ranked #1 in both the Applicant Tracking System and Staffing Software categories by users as surveyed by G2, the world’s leading software review platform.
The recognition is based on reviews gathered from the user community as well as data aggregated from online sources and social networks. The final scoring methodology takes into account customer satisfaction with the product, customer responses to questions asked by G2, user adoption percentage, and the number of reviews left by G2 users.

This success closely follows a recent $7.5 million growth equity investment from Resolve Growth Partners, which supported the scaling of the company’s product development, sales, and support teams.
