- BS10012 Data Protection. This is a British standard that outlines the specifications for a Personal Information Management System (PIMS). The framework has been developed to help organizations comply with the data protection requirements imposed by laws such as the EU’s GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). This ensures that the principles of the GDPR are followed and reassures our customers that their talent’s personal data is managed in line with best practices. It also integrates with other leading standards for total GDPR compliance such as ISO 27001.
- SOC II Type 2 Compliant. SOC for Service Organizations are internal control reports on the services provided by a service organization, providing valuable information that customers need to assess and address the risks associated with an outsourced service. Since Ceipal is SOC 2 compliant, staffing firms and recruiting agencies know what normal operations look like and can rest assured that we are continuously monitoring for malicious or unrecognized activity, documenting system configuration changes, and monitoring user access levels.
