Ceipal’s Recruiter Commissions Module starts tracking recruiters’ commissions the minute a placement is secured. Once placements are finalized and the commission package conditions are added, the data can be set and used in Ceipal ATS and Ceipal Workforce.
How it works
Placement form
Add all placement data in Ceipal ATS or Ceipal Workforce, fully configuring the placement.
Commission form
Commission values can be captured on the recruiter profile at the time of the recruiter’s account creation in Ceipal ATS or at the time of creating a placement.
Users can configure how to calculate the commission, including the start date, frequency of payment, currency, and the costs and overhead associated with the placement that are needed to determine the margin. Whether it’s a percentage of the net margin, the margin, or a flat dollar amount per hour, Ceipal gives users the flexibility they need to calculate commissions however it suits them best. This commission value will be used along with the real-time approved timesheet hours to calculate the commission.
Using the data filters and column selections, users can even customize their reports and view date-specific data.
Commission report
Ceipal gives users the option to filter and add columns to the report. The report shows the actual commission amount that is to be paid to the recruiter. This is determined based on the placement configurations (commission package captured) and the approved timesheet hours. This report can be exported as a CSV file so that the users can convert the currency as needed.
